Perfect for zesting citrus, grating garlic, ginger or a small amount of parmesan.
It feels like a study, well-made product in your hand.
The little cover has markings to measure the amount you've grated, but the food seems to stick to it too much for that.

Im able to recover almost all of what i grate whereas with the big grater it would get stuck and most would have to be rinsed down the drain

It doesnt work well with citrus zest as it clogs up and i have to remove the cover
