I have only one complaint with this item from this specific seller cuk the screen has two faint scratches going across the screen not noticeable unless powered off and in direct light that being said it kind of makes it pointless to have a third party upgrade your system if they in turn damage the item regardless of the severity

If you know the recording world you know you have always had to use a mac to get a high track count and low latency

Yes but since its a matte finish it more than makes up for not going above 300 nits brightness i believe it is rated at 294
