This is not cuks fault they are an excellent company with a huge selection of pc hardware and computers it was just a major oversight on hps part

They informed me that this laptop does not support charging by the thunderbolt 3 usbc port on the back

This is due to a hardware design where the port does not route power back to the battery through any dedicated circuit as it was mainly designed for data transfer

Original review it works sometimes but 50 of the time i turn on my computer i get a black screen that says “boot device not found install operating system”
