Cons
Sent a computer with an invalid version of windows 10. Both have problems and currently one is down since december 22, 2020 with bad power supply still under warranty. Deeply disappointing and frustrating.

I am very pleased with the storage!
I love the product came exactly as pictured and it came early
The qa inspection sheet enclosed with the package states that windows is activated but the pc is telling me that it requires installation.

But for now i think it is a great deal for the price!
Shipping
Although the shipping service is not on them, i was really disappointed to find that it arrived late.
They did forget the wifi adapter, but their customer service was so fast in their response, the star rating stays at 5.

When i first got the pc it worked fine turning it on but when i looked closely it was acting a little weird i looked in the case but there was no graphics card i ended up just buying my own the geforce rtx 2060 but i looked through the things that it had amd radeon vega 8 procesor wich isint even meant for pc or gaming either then that the pc works fine but you realy should sell a graphics card with your product i get that your trying to make it as cheep as possible but no one will wine about paying like 150 dollars extra if it makes the pc way better

I was a little worried about it not having an operating system because this is my first pc and i dont know a lot about computers but it does come with windows 10 the only thing you need is a windows product key but honestly you do not absolutely need it there will be a water mark on the bottom corner of your screen but it doesnt bother me that much and you can still customize most things on the computer

It has windows 10 os installed even though it says “no os” all you need is to buy or put in your windows 10 key
