Culturelle also helps with my ibs as well.

It does the job. Solved my problem in a week. Works pretty good. It’s pretty awesome. See you guys soon with an update.

I take probiotics because the broad-spectrum one i usually take helps me sleep better and seems to help with my seasonal allergies. Years ago i was given an antibiotic for a chest infection.

Cons

I'm disappointed because these were highly recommended. They were discolored and had a strange smell. This product probably works good enough in the short term (10-14 days), but i don't recommend taking it indefinitely.
