With 15 billion lactobacilli per capsule, t's a happy medium between regular culturelle. And the extra strength (20 billion per cap, so i only take one) both very strong antibiotics in their own right.

Cons
This product probably works good enough in the short term (10-14 days), but i don't recommend taking it indefinitely. Expiration dates match, but the lot numbers do not. They were discolored and had a strange smell.

This is a great product and you can’t beat the price.
I think culturelle ultimate strength probiotic is way overpriced but it definitely worked for me.
