Pros

This probiotic does what it’s supposed to do - help regulate the flora in my gut. The only downside of these is that they are in a pop out card so getting 7 out is just a teensy bit humbug. Easy to * and get out of the packaging.

Cons

All over feeling lousy. Constantly constipated, abdominal pain, and have to use laxatives every single day. Culturelle and other manufacturers have other probiotic products without the inulin.

Amazon subscribe and save is terrible for this product. I too was fooled by the high rating. Something in your makeup makes it bad for you while others use it just fine.

Opened another, no pill, did this four other times, no pills. There is no return option even though it shows one. Told to contact manufacturer for a refund.
