Pros

Culturelle has many more cultures than most probiotics and works better. The only part that’s hard is the fishy smell/taste. Also has omega for heart care and i feel it keeps my weight in check. It is potent.

Culturelle is a really good supplement to help with digestive issues. Has helped so much with almost daily stomach cramps, constipation and gas. Helps reset enzymes in your stomach as well.

This was recommended by my dr. My hair has grown back, my joint pain is minimal, and i don't need to sleep 10+ hours a night anymore. Took this for a yeast infection from taking high dose antibiotics. This one works for her.

Cons

The smell of this supplement is very fishy and moments after taking it causes nausea. It has a bad fishy taste. The smell is worse and it’s making me nauseous.
