The benefits far outweigh my tiny complaint. This little gadget is awesome! Works as advertised.
Release button does not rattle. Excellent way to hold the iphone 11 for navigation, etc. My phone never moves bc it has adjustments and a push button on the back to release it.
Cons
This is not for long-time use unless you like your phone flopping around when going over a pothole. Does not work in the cup holder compartment for a honda 2020 crv.
