I like the quality, i will use for bike rack

I'll put all this down to the condition of the existing bolt holes, which i can't blame on the product.

Shipping

The hitch itself looks sturdy and all but knocked off a star due to shipping packing, very poor.

Would have given 5 stars except for the shipping time and packaging.

The hardware was attached by tape so no concern of losing it in the shipping process.

Packaging/appearance

No packaging at all - just some pieces of cardboard wrapped around each side.

Upon arrival of the package i was a little bit worried because the packaging was torn.

The package arrived without much packaging, so there were some scrapes.

Competitiveness
