Pros
The welds are beautiful and perfectly sized. I am amazed they can fab these for the prices charged. I find them to be the most solid and most flexible for adding of accessories.
The hitch fits perfectly on my 2012 cr-v. Even though this hitch is overkill for this vehicle, i always install class 3 hitches on my vehicles. Used on honda crv. Touring, works great.
Best tool to use is oscillating saw for cutting. No need to remove panel on vehicle for cutout. Much better than having a big gap in the underside of your suv.
Cons
This hitch says it's compatible to a 2015 honda crv but it is not. Does not fit 2020 cr-v. Supplied bolts are also wrong.

Very happy with this purchase, well made!
Installed onto 2014 honda crv touring, works great, quality seems quite good.
I was unable to attach it myself due to the bolts won't screw in (even after cleaning and lubricating), had to re-thread the holes.
The unprotected prethreaded holes in the frame were rusted.
Price
Saved myself hundreds of dollars in dealer markup and installation costs.
I am amazed they can fab these for the prices charged.
Our local garage only charged $50 to install it.

Sadly the hitch arrived a couple of days after my wife hit a 1000 to 1200 lb elk at 80 to 90 kph.
Packaging/appearance
Looks good, excited to put it to use.
The only problem is the package was broken, powder-coating on some of the edge being worn-out and you can see the bare metal.
Competitiveness
A uhaul brand kit with the same parts is roughly 30 percent more money.
If you live in an area where it snows, you better be prepared to deal with rusted bolt sockets.
I checked around at a few major stores and amazon had the best price for the same rack.

I didnt care much for creating that huge opening on the back shield so i made an incision big enough to allow me to get the hinge in
