(i ordered and received the hitch in april 2022.

Packaging/appearance

First of all amazon did a great job packaging and protecting this hitch for shipment!

It can in a huge box with no packaging so it rattled around and tore the box to shreds.

Packaging was poor and chipped the paint.

I read a few reviews that said the packaging was bad and pieces were missing so i was pretty worried.

Competitiveness

Nevertheless, i have a working trailer hitch now and it was a lot less expensive than going to u-haul.
