Pros

The item is well made, with new hardware(bolts) and a good set of instructions. Quality of hitch is very good. Just as advertised.

The curt 13143 is a perfect fit for the 2012 lexus rx350. Installed in in under an hour with my ten year old handing me bolts. According to lexus, the controller is located in this location on all models of lexus.

Not super easy however does not require a rocket scientist. No rubbing. Good instructions. Very detailed instructions.

Tucks in nicely under car. Mounted up to my suv with ease. Can't wait to attach my bike rack.

Youtube and some of your distributor's installation videos there. Easy install with exhaust pipe clearance. Easy to install.

Cons

The end holes on both sides of the hitch are about 1/8 inch out of tolerance. And consequently only 2 of the 3 bolts can be installed on each side.
