Pros

The hitch is great and fits. The installation kit is complete (with the fishing wire) and the instructions were very easy to follow. Exactly as advertised. Easy 90 minutes installation on my forester.

It's a little work to put on and a set of ramps or jacks to raise the rear of suv definitely helps.

Ordered it off amazon and had it delivered in a week, and was able to take it to the store to have it installed the next day.

The hitch has a number of chips out of the finish as it was shipped with only 2 small cardboard pieces on it.
