The biggest part of the install was removing the old bumper guard, and rusted welded nuts.
Shipping
All of the items that i ordered from amazon came quickly and were reasonably priced and continue to work perfectly.
I read a lot of reviews that warned user's about amazon's shipping.
This hitch arrived in a cardboard box that was heavy enough to withstand the shipping - not one problem there.
Packaging/appearance
The package was damaged and i assumed the hardware bag had found its way out of the damaged box.

Mounting holes are about 1234 off not wide enough to install i had to grind down the washers to allow bolts to align with the frame holes

I will say installation was straight forward but working it around exhaust and passenger side was a bit trickytime consuming frustrating

Im sure the engineering on curts end was good i believe the chassis on my 2003 highlander flexed or bowed outwards due to age and one bolt cross threaded itself rendering a good job useless

I have to take it in to a shop to either rethread the opening or have it welded in
