Pros & Cons
Pros
The hitch is very heavy but manageable. They just need to improve the packaging to prevent scrapes and scuffs in transit. Just put the scissor jack between your spare and the hitch attachment bracket.
Loosely hand tighten the driver's side bolts first. Bolted up passenger side then used a piece of 2x4 and pry bar to line up the left hand holes. Use sawsall to cut fascia and reinstall.
Think of it like a stabilizing bar. Solid, clean welds with good paint. Powder coating is top notch.
Installation was done on a 2008 highlander sport. The curt tow hitch fit my 2013 toyota highlander perfectly.
Cons

Highlights
Quality
The quality of the hitch is good.
All existing holes lined up perfectly with the hitch.
Price
Considering it will cost you near $400 if a shop does it.
Shipping
Hitch was just wrapped in shrink wrap with no box but amazingly made it through shipping without damage.
I had a problem with shipping when i ordered this from amazon, i never received it.
Powder coat paint was damaged in shipping.
Packaging/appearance
The packaging was all beat up but the hitch looked great so i started the install.
As others have stated, the packaging is just thin cardboard, but even with that, mine arrived in good condition.
The instructions that were provided in the packaging as well as the videos i watched were not exactly fully helpful.
Hitch was delivered without any packaging, so there were definitely some scratches on it when it arrived.
Competitiveness
Super easy to install, took around 45mins.
Amazon gave me a refund easily enough and i repurchased the same from my local uhaul store.
Had to use a come-a- long to pull it back into shape.
All holes are pre-drilled and threaded on the toyota.

The 2 rear holes on the driver side would not let the bolts start without using leverage to get enough clearance so the bolts would thread into frame of the highlander
