Pros

Easy to install and very sturdy. Arrived with intact packaging. Sturdy and easy to install.

Lubricate your muffler hanger before removal. Take off the passenger rear wheel for easy access to the mid hanger when dropping the exhaust.

This hitch fits my crv perfectly, and looks great. Installed on a 2010 crv. Took only about 30 minutes, several of which were figuring out how exactly to line it up.

Cons

The item was scratched with protective coating chipped away in quite a few places and either it was dropped from the plain or was defective from the moment it was welded together. This is not what you expect from a reputable brand.

The hitch * bolt holes to mount onto vehicle was misaligned by more than an inch. The mounting holes didn't line up properly. The provided washers are not flat.

Expecting this product to reliably arrive undamaged and still within the confines of the box is complete lunacy. The box isn't even double walled. The hitch literally bounces around the box during transit.

I used wd-40 and a wire brush and found i still needed to clean the thread with the appropriate tap.

Yes, the box was torn and the product poked through.

The troubles i experienced had nothing to do with the hitch itself, rather its rough handling while in transit.

Price

Arrived quickly and without a scratch, i also think the price was more than fair.

Only downside is that it will cost $150 or so to install it.

Shipping

Don't know if it was from manufacturer or shipping but it was bent too far.

The shipping box could have been better, but it arrived undamaged.

Only thing that stopped me from eating 5 stars is the item was scratched as packaging could’ve been better like everyone else mentioned.

Competitiveness

Used the tap with my 18v drill on the driver's and had those holes cleaned out in about 10 minutes.

Got it for a great price compared to local auto shops.

This shouldn't affect anything as long as you don't twist the hitch.
