Pros

Protrude hitch is super solid, very well built. Very durable and should last a long time. Prob from shipping.

This is my 3rd curtis hitch, and the easiest one i've ever installed. Not an easy install on the volvo xc90, but worth it. Google, installation of a trailer hitch on a 2007 volvo xc90 - etrailer.

Cons

The included bolts do the job, but it was a real pita that they made them a different size than the 4 reused factory bolts. Once the hitch is installed it is almost impossible to put the spare tire back in place.

Price

This is a great hitch for the money.

It's ok for how inexpensive it is.

I was able to install this my self in less than 30-minutes total from the time i opened the box and for less than half of the price.

Shipping

Shipped quickly, install was very quick and easy, took me about 35 minutes.

Fix the shipping issues and you've really got something great.

I received this in a timely manner.

I gave the product 5 stars, but a bad review for shipping.

Packaging/appearance

However, and i've left this in the packaging review, it wasn't in any sort of packaging.

And made note of the lack of packaging.

Competitiveness

Also, the receiver seems to stick a little further out rearward than others i've seen on xc90s - maybe an inch or so.
