Pros

Easy to install on my 2016 gmc terrain. Installed in 30 minutes without instructions. Easy to follow instructions.

Fit perfectly on my 2015 equinox. Fit perfect on 2006 pontiac torrent. Installed on 2012 equinox.

Very sturdy, made of thick 3-4mm gage steel. Great hitch and has extra room for the receiver so it doesn't seize up.

All needed hardware was securely taped to the hitch. Then greased up the bolts. A torque wrench, at least a 4 inch extension and deep sockets (for the center bolts) are helpful to complete the job.

Cons

Will not fit the 2013 equinox without the right screws. Also, the ball joint is too loose. Of the 6 total bolt holes only 4 aligned properly.

This is very disappointing to me. I also find it implausible that this was the only one made like this. And they want me to pay for return shipping which is total bs.

I found the same hitch here at amazon for hundreds less than i was being told.

I was told the part number and brand that they would sale to me, and their costs ranged from $235 - $330 without installation.

Before seeing the hitch in person i told a mechanic what i wanted to do and he offered to do it for $80.

Came with m12 bolts to mount to the frame (2 on each side).

Came as intended and works as intended.
