Pros

Free shipping is a huge plus. Fit like a glove. Was packaged better than expected.

Product is awesome, just barely fit but i have a custom iron cross bumber which was bigger than stock bumper. Fits my 2009 ford f-150 as the amazon website said it would.

Have not hauled anything with it, but intend to pull a pop up camper with it real soon.

All hardware was securely attached to the hitch. Makes it easier to tighten & torque back bolts. Bolted on easily in my driveway.

Cons

Took over 2 effiig hours to put this pos on. It came with several spots where the paint/coating was scratched or completely chipped off.

Great price for a class 4 hitch.

Wonderful product for the price we put it on our ford f-150 to pull our camper trailer and it did a wonderful job!

I clipped a 15% coupon and got it delivered for $92.

But not a huge deal for me just letting you all know.

Hitch was delivered quick and was extremely easy to install with just a couple bolts.

Very quick shipping, easiest installation of a hitch i have ever done.

Ordered this on march 12 and received it on march 13!

I also believe i got free shipping and that is a huge plus for me.

Packaging/appearance

Looks great on my 2011 f-150 stx!

The mid section was wrapped well in clear wrap with the bolts in a bag, but the ends were not packaged at all.

The box was a little chewed up when i got it but other than that the hitch was perfect.

Competitiveness

This was the easiest hitch i have ever installed, fit perfectly, quality is superior to other brands, i love it.
