Pros

It fits our cargo carrier waterproof bag; but it can also hold a cooler or whatever else you want to tie down. Solve it by making bracing that attaches to rack ends and frame of my rv.

It’s very flimsy. It bends when you put anything over 50 pounds on it. Difficult to assemble, sticks out really far, no reflective marking.
