Pros

The product is well crafted, heavy, and was easy to put together. The assembly is pretty simple for anyone that understand the business end of a wrench. Used rope to tie down & a tarp.

Basket holds cooler and dog crate. Did not rattle or move on our cross country drive. Only problem is that all of the photos show this unit with the bent shank to raise the basket higher. Make sure of the hitch angle if you have a lower vehicle.

Cons

Did not fit my trailer hitch as advertised. Even though the product looks solid when i received the items it did not include the hardware (nuts and bolts) doesn't hold the weight it says it does.

The company could probably save some money on returns if they put more effort into production and packaging.

(we packed it into two rubbermaid buckets that fit the rack perfectly.

They really need to hire someone that knows about packaging larger, heavier objects because both products were beat to #$*% upon arrival.
