Works as advertised, very easy to install and the bike rack is now very stable.

The one i received matches the photo, so perhaps some of the negative reviews were referring to an earlier product.

However it's a little tricky to get the piece with the nut in the hitch and getting it all lined up.

This worked perfect for my hitch, great price.

This also adds a minor security benefit as you need a wrench to remove the hitch/carrier.
