Pros

The tow ball hitch is very heavy duty and easy to use. The hitch receiver and ball combo is easy to install. The quality of the hitch is excellent.

Well-made with no burrs or sharp edges. Works as expected and was selling for a competitive price. This is a reputable brand.

Cons

Packaging/appearance

Love the way it looks on out new truck.

Exactly what i needed, arrived torqued and in clean condition with mounting pin.

It wasn't wrapped in packaging, the label was torn and the ball had scoring on it, looked like it had been used and then returned.

Order arrived with damaged packaging, missing the pin.

Competitiveness

The quality of this side by side of my other brand was unmistakable, much thicker steel and cleaner welds.

Seeing competitor brands rusting easily in new england, i've chosen curt in the past for a prior vehicle.
