Pros
This is worth the price and does have heavy gauge wiring too. Quality assembly. Couldn't be happier. Easy to use and saves so much time with hard wiring or using t *.
The product was a breeze to install, it is a true plug and play product. Super simple, 2 minute install. Plug and play.
Cons
Amazon garage says it was the correct one. But because it was wired incorrectly its absolutely worthless to anyone not capable of 'fixing' it. My strip has no brake or turn functions on the left side of it. This is second harness that had same issue.

Quality
I used this with the opt7 on my tundra so i would not have to modify my oem wiring.
The quality of wiring, terminals and harness is great.
I’ve always been happy with curt quality so i don’t expect a change to my review.
If the electrical doesn’t work i’ll update the review but it’s a curt product.
Packaging/appearance
The harness fit perfectly and any excess wire was easily zip tied out of the way.
The only issue is finding a way to tie wrap the longer pigtail wires out of the way.
Was trying to stri it to hook up the tailgate lights.
Competitiveness
Used this to install a opt7 tailgate light on a 2022 ram 2500.
Worked great to add a 4-way behind the bumper to hide my tailight bar wires and lighted hitch cover.
Just removed the back of the plug and used this to get an extra flat plug to use with a opt7 led tailgate light.
Used to plug in opt7 tailgate light bar while still having access to trailer plug.

Everything except tucking the wires away was plug and play

And if i ever need to replace the led bar i will just cut the wire and reuse it and leave the soldered wire attached to the curt 55384

If youre going to buy an opt7 light bar be sure to solder the white reverse wire into the curt harness instead of tapping into the reverse light wiring

With a truck camper as we have you must use the round 7 wire plug in the factory has on the rear bumper but when you do you can not use the flat 4 wire plug thats built into that receptacle as the open cover is in the way

Spliced into the middle wire for reverse but you can buy a different model with a 5 prong that includes reverse light for more

The old one wasnt bad i just thought i may as well replace everything from the towing vehicle back to the trailer tail lights just to be safe
