Pros & Cons
Pros
Emballage très sommaire mais outre quelques graffignes de surface, tout était là. Facile d'installation pour un débutant, seul point négatif c’est qu’il faut agrandir l’ouverture d’origine du châssis.
Cons
Product is ok, but arrived very late spoiling a trip we had planned. Too heavy to go through return process.

Competitiveness
The hitch looks great on my 2022 crosstrek being half-hidden unde the rear bumpre.
Perfect fit, easy installation on our 2019 crosstrek

This thing is heavy and all it was wrapped in was two thin pieces of cardboard on either side of the hitch opening some fibrous packing tape and the thinnest bubble wrap

Yeah i know it’s a hitch that will likely receive some wear and tear from the elements and flying road debris over time but i also paid for a brand new unused unit so it shouldn’t have come looking the way it did
