Pros

Easy to install, dont even have to lower the exhaust. Place this support near the furthest forward muffler mount. Using soapy water on the rubber mounts is helpful to lubricate for removal and replacing the muffler.

Fits nicely and curved along the number edge. Feels solid and looks solid. A piece of cake.

The receiver is a perfect match for my murano as it is contoured to the body shape. Fits 2014 nissan murano cross cabriolet exactly. Good design fits perfect on my murano.

Start to finish took me 30 minutes. Very easy install. Came with all required hardware.

The flanges were not welded at a true 90 degree angle. There was also chipped paint on the rear side of the hitch. Did not fitup.

I did not experience any difficulty lining up bolt holes in the car with the bolt holes on the hitch.

Packaging was okay, though it wasn't boxed to prevent scratching in shipment.

My caution to all is get the correct tap to match the thread and do not be aggressive when running that tap into the weldnut.
