Pros
The frame is very well made and sturdy. Perfectly enhances my pierre license plate and makes it quite impressionable. It’s exactly as advertised.
Love this custom frame. It's an awesome frame and the customization came out perfect. Good product--doesn't fit texas plates exactly and needed adjusting.
Cons
Top is correct but how did they get "the fish whisperer" mixed up with "united states air force"? Flooring has 2 o's not 3. It stands out at the bottom and looks terrible. I'm very hesitant about trying this again.

Ok ordered over weekend , and delivered wednesday, so bonus points considering it’s personalized.
Arrived before scheduled and to my exact specifications.
They also had a quick turn around on delivery after my order.
As fast as you can have a silly idea for your licence plate, it'll be on your doorstep in like 3 days!

The packaging was well put together and the accessories (screws and caps) all feel like high quality parts.
Look nice, product came as depicted, no misspellings or confusion with word placement.
It came and looks just like the preview.

Looks great only down side is the plastic cap to cover the screws is very loose you need to add some tape under to tight it otherwise will fell off easily

The only issue was the screw caps that are sent with it are 2 smallgt today’s current screws that dealerships use are large with a attached washer just a recommendation supply the screws that fit the caps either plastic ones or metal

Doesnt work with my state license plates covers up the sticker so ill only be using this for a vanity plate

I do think the text came out more like a very light beige to it compared to what looks like white or light grey in the picture
