Pros

The mugs themselves are glossy, sturdy, colors are just as pictured. Nice color printing of my images on the mugs. I appreciate whoever made this, it's exactly as i previewed it.

Good item to gift. Made the recent one for my moms mother day. Great way to show someone they are appreciated.

It is a very nice cup and the personalization is perfect! The cup is not fragile. The coloring is beautiful and it's nice to have the inside of the mug match the coloring of the image.

The order was fulfilled quickly, especially for something customizable. The packaging was well done. Came out perfect with photo choosen. Packaged in solid styrofoam and arrived safely.

Cons

The photos are faded. Also it looks like there was a little fiber printed on the cup. I just want the issue corrected.

It’s not worth the hassle of returning it and trying to redo it (in hopes that maybe it’d turn out like i wanted).

It was packaged well so no issues with it breaking on the way.

He sent a picture of him with it when he received it, it was a 10/10 hit!

The cup arrived in a heavy styrofoam box.
