Other than that it’s very good product.
Very good quality, very easy to install, looks like custom made.
Shipping
Not a bad price and very easy to install however shipping did take a while
Shipping was fast and customer service was great .
I love these blinds the only thing i didn't like is they didn't except my receipt for refund for border shipping.
Small tear on one off the blinds i’m sure it happened during shipping i can tell the box had damage on the side .

My blind is good love it fits perfectly but the ad was a little misleading after i ordered i got email saying i may have to pay duty and they would pay me back for that if it happened they did so i thought ok coming from the states nope then get another email delaying my blinds because they are coming from korea and with covid theres no specific timing when they will arrive

You choose your size and then you get an email for you to give the custom measurements

The only recommendation i would make is the wording of the order process clarify if you want the actual inside window frame measurements versus the measurement with the install allowance already deducted
