Pros

This rug is very well made and durable. Appear to be very sturdy but too soon to tell. It is luxuriously soft, exquisite colors, and a rubber backing.

Brown is brown, but matches the living room decor--i only wish i'd gotten a longer one in brown. The outside border is sewn perfect. The gray color goes just great with all my other grays and cream colors in the room.

Cons

Have to say the quality isn't the same.

The runner i ordered got here and i have been absolutely pleased since then!

Item was shipped quickly and was exactly like the picture.

I returned the first one and ordered another one for the correct length and it arrived a couple days later.

They promptly got back with me and told me to order another one, and specify my details in an email.

Packaging/appearance

Originally purchased for my mudroom, it was so beautiful, i took it out of there and put it in my bedroom.

I bought the anthracite checkered rug for my kitchen and it looks terrific.

The picture i took is how it looked just a few seconds after i took it out of the box.

I've already had people that saw it comment how beautiful and rich it looks.
