Excellent i have used the gloves to clear brambles as well as in the kitchen without a single scratch no probs as described arrived very quickly very good gloves hopefully i will not scrape bits off my fingers anymore makes using my mandoline a breeze these gloves are fantastici have unusually small hands so i was pleased that these came in different sizes rather than the onesizefitsall common to so many kitchen goods including most oven gloves aprons and other wearables

We did not test the gloves with serrated blades because i fear that the teeth of the blade might catch in the weave of the fabric and damage the gloves

These are very light thin gloves so much so that you wouldnt expect the level of cut resistance they offer

Having worked in kitchens previously i know the value of sharp knives however they do tend to have a knack of cutting you without you even knowinggetting these gloves eliminate this issue as even though you wouldnt believe that they work it is amazing how tough they really arean excellent idea and an extremely good product protecting me from sharp knives and as i also use a mandolini was a bit nervous trying them but they do work wellthey are basically a home version of a butchers gauntlet which are used regularly in the food industryworth trying if you are always nicking yourself whilst preppingi you received this product at discount for my honest and fair review love these fantastic gloves
