Added a noctua 120mm 5v pwm fan; casing is now cool to the touch and cpu temps at idle sit around 115 fahrenheit.
So far killawatt shows 18w at idle with 2 nvme drives and 2 sticks of ddr4 installed.
Grabbed the bare i5 model and maxed out the memory with 64gb, a 1tb ssd and an intel ax411 wifi card.

The motherboard screws were so loose that i could remove by hand definitely tighten all 6 and would recommend repasting the cpu
