At most i see spikes of 60 watts when the hard drives start spinning on boot

I have another n100 that sips power that goes into different power modes like from 6 to 25 watts… so i know its this setup that just isnt allowing c states… the clocks will go down but power stays the same

I realy love this set up but the power modes feels like a sliver in my hand that no matter what i do i cant get it out… its not a huge deal just this mobo cpu combo is so perfect for my needs…
