Pros
Needed an optics ready holster for my xds mod 2 with a red dot. Works well with my p365x. Was a little too tight initially but was able to adjust the screw to losen it slightly. I use it for a 9 shield and it fits perfect.
It's compact enough that i can keep my firearm holstered in my (very packed) gunsafe. It holds my hand gun securely and allows easy access to draw. The only down side is you’ll have to purchase something else if you like to carry extra mags.
It typically takes weeks to receive an new model specific holster. It is seriously so much better for half the price.
Comfortable enough as the edges of the plastic are beveled and smooth. High back (against body) makes it comfortable with or without a undershirt. Comfortable and reasonable priced.
Cons
Every time i pull the gun out, it catches some part of my finger/hand. My * fits in the holster, but this holster was obviously made for a different gun altogether. Returning both, already ordered the kydex ones from concealment.

It had the perfect amount of retention right out of the package.
My belt then contacts the front of my optic not allowing the pistol to lock into the holster.
Competitiveness
I purchased this for my (gen 3) glock 19 fitted with a holosun rmr.
Even better that it's a vet owned business who are creating quality products for good prices.
It’s also thicker than some of the other leading kydex brands.

The only draw back is on me personally the end of the holster by the rear slide digs in to my abdomen and is uncomfortable after a while

Trigger if fully covered and virtual impossible to get to once properly secured in place

To get the holster to lock onto my belt i have to put the optic under the beltline

For a pistol without an optic it is a good choice but with my build it just doesnt work quite right

If i put the holster on with my belt loose it works until i draw and have to reholster
