Velcro strap is 1-2-3 done. De gran uso para llevarlo para tu hidratación. Plenty room for my phone, energy gels and beans, has a pocket for car key/fob.

It's adjustable, very durable, comfortable, and well made.
This is well made and easy to use.
That means the strap is made of a double layer of material + velcro, making it thick and, i fear, hot.
Each only lasted a little over a year before they broke.
Competitiveness
This pack is very similar in design to the salomon sensibelts.
The zippered "accessory" pouch is about 50 percent larger than the salomon, which is a good thing.
I advise that if you are doing a water sport where you might flip in a water craft, that you do more than just velcro the waistband snug.

I tried many different belts and ways to take water for my long runs but either the capacity of the belts bottles were too small or the bottles would bounce a lot during the runs

It’s adjustable doesn’t flop around as much as i thought it would with a full water bottle it’s not noticeable after a bit

I only runjog a few time a week so not sure for about long term use

The only thing to note is that if you are using while running it needs to sit at the smallest part of your waist which for me is very small
