I used my old apc 1300 as a foot warmer in winter but not the cyberpower.

It is as heavy and sturdily built as you would expect from a quality ups.

Also the usbs on the front are extremely helpful.

Lcd display and settings are easy to setup and offer a wealth of info depending on your selections.

Competitiveness

I didn't hesitate to buy a new cyberpower unit since i already had five of them and had never had any trouble with them before this.

I have equipment spread throughout the house so i have to have several upss to cover it all.

Don't buy anything but a cyberpower supply.

Simply plug in and charge at least 8hrs with power off, then connect your system (i charged for over 24hrs myself).

    It has software that can tell you what your ups is doing in case its located in a place that is difficult to read the display and it keeps track of and reports over and undervoltage conditions and if youve lost power
