Highlights
Quality
Hands down quality product in my opinion.
This seems to be a great product.
Wifi, tech support and sleep mode have absolutely no connection to this product.
The cyberpower does not feature a user-replaceable battery.
Competitiveness
These are the best most reliable dedicated ups on the market.
Use three of these for our gaming pcs.
I probably read every review for every competitor unit and went with this one.
It's a small issue, but a reason that i likely won't buy a cyberpower product in the future.

I have a minifridge hooked up to it and after a while realized that every time the minifridge turned on the inrush current went over the rating of the ups

With my apc yes the unit was more expensive but i could use offbrand replacement batteries after those failed from 8 years of use and pay 30 or 40 to keep the unit running

It does make an annoying humming noise and smell a bit when the power is out and the battery is in use
