The unit itself exudes a sense of robustness and quality. As a backups, it's not bad, but i already had one that i was happy with. I just hope cyberpower has kept up their quality with this newer model unlike other brands that like to go for planned o... Read More
This is a safe practice you should be doing anyways. The sinewave output is another standout feature of this ups system. The unit comes with t a usb cable and it's obvious where to connect it on the ups, but there are no instructions on how to use it.... Read More
Mini tower design is compact and space-saving, making it easy to integrate into my home office setup. The intuitive interface and straightforward setup mean you can have it up and running in no time, with minimal fuss.
Pure sine wave output is particularly beneficial for sensitive electronics. Automatic voltage regulation (avr) feature helps to stabilize voltage fluctuations. Further safeguarding my devices from potential harm.
Cons
There’s no coaxial input/output for surge protection. This means, that the coax connection from my isp has to be connected directly to my gateway, and has no sort of lighting/surge protection.
Lcd panel shows 100% battery, which cannot be right if it completely powered itself down. It shows remaining runtime as at least 120-200 minutes. It now shuts off if i get even the slightest power bump that lasts for even a second. I'm not even sure t... Read More

Available control software is buggy and equally as useless. Return and repair and shipping and refund and hassles make this one a useless purchase. Returning and buying an apc or triplite.

Box was damaged in transit but main box was in perfect condition.
Competitiveness
The black color also helps it 'hide' better than the old beige apc units did.

Never heard of this brand, maybe they're trying to gain market share, so i ordered it.
The competitors i see here on amazon are showing 10 slots so already you're ahead with 2 more outlets.
