Quality
This is my experience with this product.
Have used cyberpower before and like the product.
There were issues with the 1st u.
I have submit a ticket for support with the serial number.
Price
Price was ok, and it just keeps on running, no special for the buck
So they are down to one slight advantage but i will end up buying on price anyways.
Packaging/appearance
There needs to be a software download tag somewhere on the unit or in the packaging, it was harder to find than necessary.
Competitiveness
Very easy to setup with my qnap nas (usb connection), clear display, good batteries so far
This is my second cyberpower ups (still being used) and if this one works as well they are a total best buy.
The cyberpower battery just shut down by itself one night.

Big capacity for the price and some nice information but the layout of the plugs on the back isnt very good

Output is not pure sine not expected at this price but theres a lot of power to give you time to safely shut down if the power goes out
