Hands down quality product in my opinion.
This seems to be a great product.
Wifi, tech support and sleep mode have absolutely no connection to this product.
The cyberpower does not feature a user-replaceable battery.
Competitiveness
This company is promising and will surpass their competition very very soon.
I decided on the 900w model and couldn't be happier.
After 3 different apc unit fails i'm done with that company and their overpriced products.
It's a small issue, but a reason that i likely won't buy a cyberpower product in the future.

It does make an annoying humming noise and smell a bit when the power is out and the battery is in use

A few weeks ago an ice storm hit where i live causing the worst and longest power outage that ive ever experienced
