Pros & Cons
Pros
It's been working flawlessly. Had this for about 6 months and its not too shabby.
Manufacturer provides a usb cable that connects from the power supply to the computer. Keeps the main components, including phone, powered when the power is lost on the freeze alarm system. Even has a usb that communicates with my computer that will t... Read More
Cons
Cyberpower has a terrible warranty policy! Don't buy it. Very inconvenient. The internal quality is bad and cheaply made.
The alarm starts blaring even when there is plenty of battery capacity, and i could not get it to turn off. Also turns off when it says there are 10m left of runtime. The desk is plugged into the surge protector, and not the battery.
Don't buy any cyberpower units based on what they offer for a surge protection insurance, it's fluff talk. Even ground shipping is more than $20.
Failed to protect equipment that was connected to it during power outages. Died on the first strike of lightning and took a $900 computer and monitor with it. Had a small server on it, failed after 1 year and 5 months.

Competitiveness
Called cyberpower tech support and they sent a new battery right away.
They sell numbers highter than the power.
