Pros

Living in florida, we get a lot of brownouts, especially when everyone is blasting their ac on max. It turns out my modem/router uses more power than i expected.

Cons

The ups no longer works after just one year and three months. It is worse than a power outage because the first time you have a false sense of security. Buy an apc instead.

This unit is useless. Utter failure. This gets relegated to charging my laptop battery.

This thing just beeps even after it didn’t even support a laptop - toshiba or a small macbook air.

Packaged well and was plug and play ready to go.

Competitiveness

I used to favor tripplite, but now this brand is my first choice.

I've found cyberpower makes the most reliable ups for most situations that the average person might have.

Tried the others but none compare to cyberpower for down right reliability.

I've only had it for half a day but it's much better than my previous ups, which was a much cheaper model by apc.
