Pros & Cons
Pros
This is good for connecting a server, switch, firewall and nas. Installed this on an equipment controller to give power protection and battery backup. It was immediately recognized by my synology nas.
Cyberpower or2200lcdrtxl2u ups system is a beast of a ups. Power draw is a total of 280 watts from the 3 servers. My nas has an 8 core xeon and twelve 14tb drives and the estimated run time is over an hour with this ups.
The device operates off a standard 15 amp plug outlet.
The unit comes with rack rails which is a life saver since even with the battery removed the unit is fairly heavy.
Cons
1500va xl | ups and already dead with no power. With no load the battery lasts about 2 seconds before it dies.
Be cautious and read plenty of reviews from several different retailers before deciding on a model. Cyberpower is cheaper than other brands but in this case be warned you may be getting what you pay for, or maybe even only half of that. Avoid at all c... Read More

Shipping
Left side of case was pushed in, no obvious damage from shipping.
Arrived damaged, looked like something that happened in the marking not shipping of the product but i was going to live with it.
Packaging/appearance
-1 star for packaging, this sucker is heavy and ups seems to resent it lol.
Competitiveness
In any case, this model seems generally better than its competitors.
My cyberpower ups batteries last a lot longer than aps.
Sold as new and looks like it is a refurb.
Incidentally, the second time i replaced the batteries i took the pack to a local vendor that sells batteries and bulbs and had... Read More
