Have used this unit before and are very reliable
Simple to setup, and jumped in perfectly when needed
Backup power immediately kicked-in and had approximately 1 hour of back time.
Bit strange that the battery capacity was showing as 100% before switching and as soon as it went to battery it went to 55%.
Price
Decently featured ups for the home user at an amenable very affordable price point.
Competitiveness
I am using it to back up my internet modem (australian nbn), my nas with external usb powered disks, my telstra wifi modem and google wifi.

Its single usb charging port is handy but really superfluous to my requirements and i havent tried the telephone line port connectivity yet
