I bought this about 2 weeks ago and i cant be happier with the product.
First gaming pc i bought and am very happy with the purchase!
People who have posted negative comments about the cyberpowerpc customer service might be dialing the wrong company.
Edit: something most certainly is wrong with the machine i got.
Price
Super loud fan but totally worth the price.
And the fan is a bit loud but other than that the item is totally worth the price!
This happen to be a better buy because the cost was cheaper for this computer then if i had made my own with everything that i had to buy.
Shipping
It shipped super fast even with choosing the free snail mail shipping.
It is very fast and runs games great.
Only issue i had was a loose wire on the graphics card (probably from shipping).
This pc came in fast and in great condition!
Packaging/appearance
The hardware itself is shipped in sturdy packaging, and is also of sturdy build.
The good stuff:great packaging, easy to unbox and set upeverything worked out of the box.
Then i found the cyberpowerpc gamer ultra gua3600a gaming desktop - amd fx-8320 octa core 3.
It's basically ready for use right out of the box.
Competitiveness
•hard drivethe pc comes with a 2 terabyte sata 3 hard drive and the case has enough room for at least 2 or 3 more hard drives.
However from all the pcs i viewed, this had the best specs in its price range.

I upgraded to a evga 700w power supply because i upgraded the graphics card to a gtx 970.

It doesnt come with a ton of bloatware like many preassembled systems so i didnt have to do what i normally do with one of those systems which is to boot it up activateregister the os and then reboot to os media and do a fresh install

My pc is nowhere near the router so i bought a wall internet plug with an ethernet jack and an ethernet cable and that solved the wifi problem

Ive seen some comments of people complaining about the fans making a lot of noise these fans make a low pitch humming sound that isnt loud at all
