I messaged them yesterday basically just asking for a suggestion on replacing the blue led fan that sits on the plastic outer panel as it had gotten excessively noisy and kept stopping

As my machine was a good year out of warranty i would have been been happy with a brand suggestion or model number to replace it

Instead the wonderful customer service rep eric phan asked me for my serial number and a description of the issue and after ascertaining that the issue really did warrant replacing the fan he offered to send me a new one at no cost to me

We have to open it up every two to three months and get all the dust out of it

The dust builds up all over everything inside causing it to over heat and shut its self off
