The only drawback is the fan can be a little loud when gaming but thats not worth a whole star deduction maybe a half star

It came with no damage ive had it for about a month i mostly use it for light video and picture editing along with some very light gaming i wouldnt recommend it for gaming though as the graphics card is pretty weak but you can play minecraft or things similar to it fine with medium to high settings

My disk tray wont open on its own and even being connected to the power supply windows 10 cannot read the drive

The other thing is that the screws for the graphics card are very awkward which can make changing the graphics card a little annoying

I do like to play games sometimes but more my purpose for a pc like this is for software development i need the high quality graphics for photoshop and i also need lots of memory for vm and troubleshooting sql server db issues

So id conclude tech support is much better than youll find in any of the more mainstream pc vendors
