Pros
Lb mat is very sturdy and easy to clean. No smell and very durable. Works extremely well.
Bought this to go under our horizon treadmill. Put the treadmill on and really works nicely. The mat is on a hardwood floor. I have my peloton bike on it and it definitely helps.
Cons
Longterm durability is questionable. Using a weight bench or an elliptical, the mat bunches up. The mat's not very durable.
There is a p65 warning highlighting how the chemicals in the mat can cause cancer and/or birth defects. This explains the bad smell other reviews have pointed out. Not as advertised for carpet. Put it in my storage unit, still smelt.

We had a difficult time pushing the treadmill onto the mat and it did not tear even with us tugging on the mat in an attempt to straighten it out under the treadmill
