Price is right and its strong enough for what i need - i don't off-road and i'm not banging my bike off rocks.
Maybe slightly noisy, but for the price i can't complain!

Easy install and it works good enough for me and maybe its my fault or a comptability issue but no matter how tight i set it once i screw it in the spring loosens some and causes the chain to sag more than it should
